At this years Google I/O Developers Conference, Google showed off a Chrome game that can build a race track based on the number of mobile devices present. Racer allows players to compete side-by-side on the track just rendered for them.

Using the Paper.js Javascript library, the Google Cloud platform and HTML5 Racer works on all mobile devices, meaning Android and iOS tablets and phones that can install the Chrome browser.

All you have to do is go to g.co/racer with mobile Chrome and start having fun.

To control Racer, you simply press on your screen to accelerate your car along its color-coded track. Check the demo video below, or go challenge your friends to a race.

This weekend, Mad Men returns to AMC for its sixth and penultimate season. With only 26 episodes remaining in the series, some of us are already starting to feel reflective while anticipating the premiere. The impact the show has had on modern culture can’t be overestimated, its influence permeating everything from filmmaking to fashion. But while it’s been steadily making everything old new again, we can’t help but wonder what things would look like if Don Draper and company were heading to work in 2013.

DIA Future is back! A competition that celebrates upcoming digital talent. Are you attending a creative school or simply interested in the next decade’s digital talent, then this is for you!

In 2010 Plant introduced DIA Future in collaboration with the Danish Internet Award. This year the competition is launched in collaboration with Danske Medier and Husets Markedsføring. Every year students get the opportunity to work for a real client that has limited resources to develop a creative campaign on their own. This year’s client is LetsGo car sharing who works to expand car sharing in Denmark. Only 1 out of 1600 Danes is currently using car sharing – and the task of the students is to create a digital campaign that can change this.

Are you a student then read the briefing and get started. The competition could be a great job application, while still in school!
