PressPausePlay »

Posted on October 7th, 2011 at 12:10 in Apps, Technology, Video, plant.

PressPausePlay is an award winning Swedish-produced documentary about creativity in the digital age. It features artists such as Moby, Robyn, Lykke Li and Bill Drummond discussing how the digital age has had democratised culture, unleashing creativity and unlimited creative opportunities.

SweetTalk Cph and Plant hostet the danish screening of the film on June 22, 2011 at Grand Teatret in Copenhagen.

PressPausePlay has now made the film available for downloading, and it’s all free!

The download gives you 2 options, either the standard version or an interactive version. The interactive version uses the Adobe Air app, and gives loads of features and opportunities for the user to interact. The best part about the interactive player is that all the interviews not included in the final theater edit are included here, which results in ten times the content. The player is also a “living” version that can be updated, unlike a DVD, and it links to media content and creative works online from the interviewees. This could be the future of film distribution because it’s a very small file download for the viewer but a huge resource of inspiration.

During the whole film hotspots with extra content is available.

The hotspots are indicated by the ‘MORE’ button at the top right corner. By clicking on it you’ll be able to find:

- EXTRAS that shows a longer interview with the person currently talking in the film.

- MORE WORKS shows additional videos from the artist/company currently on screen.

- A relevant WEBSITE of the person currently on screen.

- The music currently playing in the movie. By clicking on the artist’s name you will be directed directly to their profiles (Spotify or Soundcloud).

When a character appears in the movie for the first time their name is shown.

If you click on the name an info tab about the person will appear. The info tab contains a short text about the person and links to associated websites and profiles e.g. Myspace, Spotify, blogs etc.

The tab Overview has two submenus.

INTERVIEWS lists the cast of the movie in one place and gives the possibility to see extra clips with them.

ADDITIONAL CONTENT contains 38 extra interviews on topics related to the movie.

Plant wins a Danish Internet Award »

Posted on April 8th, 2011 at 09:04 in Agencies.

We took home the award for “Best Rich Media” at Danish Internet Awards, DIA11, for the “Verdens Bedste Nyheder” Facebook Connect make-your-own-movie starring Peter Lund Madsen we did for NGO Forum (2015 Kampagnen). Arguably it was the most important category of the night ;-]

Kreativt bureau: Plant

You can have a look at the work here.

Also its worth mentioning the winner in the DIA Future category that we helped out with. The winners were Rikke Boas and Maja Kargaard from Kreative Kommunikation (2nd year) at Mediehøjskolen. View the video of their project below.

STOR KUNST »

Posted on January 4th, 2011 at 17:01 in Agencies, Campaigns, Video, plant.

STOR KUNST — Ramlösa from Plant on Vimeo.

For the second year running Plant and fellow agency Very were responsible for the STOR KUNST campaign for Ramlösa (that’s GREAT ART, in case your Danish is a bit rusty). In short, we invited artists and creative souls to upload their work to an online gallery on the campaign website. The most popular work was then printed and showcased at a real gallery in downtown Copenhagen. About 1,400 pieces of art were uploaded during the campaign. Check out this new case video which documents everything.

Behind the scenes »

Posted on September 21st, 2010 at 21:09 in Agencies, Campaigns, Video, plant.

We are really chuffed that our spot Too much doubt? has been nominated at The True Award which celebrates the best of Danish advertising on film. Here is a few pictures from the shooting of our spot this summer. Note how that the Art Director gets to do the letter spacing by hand. Thanks to Plamage for producing the king size letters.

If you haven’t seen the film yet, you can see it here – and keep your fingers crossed on October 8 when the awards are handed out.
